Solid Works/Auto Cad Draughtsman with engineering qualifications to assist in the growth of Hydroswing’s expanding markets, must have extensive Solid Works experience and involvement in products bound for none US markets would be useful.

Ability to work with a young and energetic team, ability to travel inside and outside the USA essential.

A background in aviation, agricultural or industrial engineering/hydraulics or pre-engineered building products would be favored.

As Hydroswing moves rapidly to embedded FEA inside of its design and quoting systems, the successful applicant should have at least some understanding of finite element analysis and its applications.

General Manager

Hydroswing Hydraulic Doors and Walls now has the size and need for a General Manager for its US operations, based in the new Hydroswing Corporate HQ, Ryan Field Marshall MN.

The post will require management and personnel management experience with some financial oversight experience (controller) preferably from the Pre-engineered building PEB), agricultural engineering, hydraulic or aviation industries to manage Hydroswing’s infrastructure growth.

Internal and international travel will be required as Hydroswing expands its European base of operations and its international markets.

Sales experience in any of these fields would be a benefit as Hydroswing is heavily weighted toward sales and marketing directly to its markets around the world.

Hydroswing is a model of how manufacturing in the US should be growing and developing to be lean and aggressively competitive in home and export markets, with the position as the worlds largest producer of single panel hydraulic doors.

A proven track record with an adaptive and aggressive management style will be considered favorably and shall report directly to thepPresident and commercial director.

Customer/Spares/Warranty Manager

Hydroswing is growing its support activities with over seven thousand units out in the market place. We are moving toward electronic logging of all previous units to provide greater in life support of our products on a national and international basis.

The successful applicant must have experience in the setting up growing and maintaining of an effective customer care and support department, using the latest in database technology to interact with new sales, warranty registration, extended warranty registration, parts replacements, upgrades and new product awareness to existing customers.

Internal and international travel will be required as will relocation to the Marshall MN area to work from the new Hydroswing Inc HQ at Ryan Field Marshall MN.

Inventory control experience including the stocking of spare components is preferable as well as experience with machinery associated with the agricultural, aviation, and hydraulic industries.
