Finance Director

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial management of Hydroswing, Inc, implementing financial controls, and maintaining reporting lines to the President and senior management.

Primary Responsibilities

Cash and Risk Management

Develop cash-flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast
Manage both day-to-day and long range cash-flow relating to purchasing, manufacturing, sales, and receivables
Oversee the annual insurance renewal process and ensure appropriate coverage is maintained at all times

Accounting and Financial Controls

Direct payroll functions by implementing efficient systems, processes, and controls 
Manage the financial system to meet the present and future needs of Hydroswing, Inc. by ensuring maximum efficiency
Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures to meet current and future business models
Oversee cash management functions including banking relationships
Manage the activities of other accounting staff

Management Reporting

Maintain financial management data
Report monthly and year-to-date financials with accompanying analysis of data to the senior management team

Budgeting

Lead the annual business plan development and budgeting process
Provide ongoing financial modeling and analysis expertise in support of continuing strategic development

A relocation package will be available for the successful applicant to the Marshall MN area close to the Hydroswing HQ, Ryan Field , Marshall MN.

Professional Sales Representative

Responsible for sales activities at Hydroswing, Inc. Representatives may be assigned specific accounts or regions within the contiguous USA & a history in agricultural sales or the pre engineered building industry would assist early progress. Primary Responsibilities:

Represent and sell Hydroswing Hydraulic Door and Wall products to existing and potential clients/markets

Telephone relationship building with existing customers along with trade show work

Lead gathering and management of leads to successful sales

Closing of sales enquiries from call ins

Identify potential leads and work strategically with the sales team to generate successful results

Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge relative to market trends

Prepare a variety of reports, including activity, status, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals

Demonstrate an ability to conform to internal procedures and guidelines, interact productively with customers and coworkers, and approach work with a “right the first time” attitude

Quality Controller

This position will require reporting on all elements of quality, production process, packaging & shipping. Experience in internationally recognized quality plans will be advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:

Verify finished door conformance to purchase agreement, schematics, and special notes

Quality verification of goods delivered and shipped

Produce forms and reports enhancing existing quality records to facilitate smooth interaction between Hydroswing Inc., suppliers and consumers alike

Certification and conformance process

Interaction with vendors to approve potential and existing vendors to comply with Hydroswing Inc. quality plan

Monitor and manage batch quantities in line with ISO sampling procedures upon delivery of bough in items along with management of paperwork from approved vendors

Audit potential vendor’s and their quality control procedures during vendor review process

Ability to present Hydroswing Quality control process during Military and Governmental bid processes and assist in bid process where quality elements up for review.

CNC Laser Operator

CNC Laser cutting Machine Operator and maintenance person. Experience with AMADA CNC laser cutting machine is a plus. This individual will be required to perform set ups, operate and complete daily maintenance of a (CNC) Laser cutting machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keep records; monitor supplies, materials, and Quality control of cut parts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).

Verifies settings by measuring parts and doing QC.

Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions.

Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Skill / Qualifications

CNC operation experience preferred although not necessarily in Laser cutting

Will train in specific machine operation and maintenance

Basic knowledge of how CNC machines operate and shop safety

Basic knowledge of computers
